I, tytonykus, retain original rights to the artwork; This includes using it as an example, or displaying it publicly on my page. (If you wish for your piece to be kept private, please make this clear when commissioning!)

All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. You MAY use my work to make personal items for YOURSELF for FREE.

My work is not to be used as training for AI or NFT programs. It isn't to be claimed as an NFT, branded as one, or traded for one. I do not support or associate with AI art or NFT communities.

You may use my piece for creator use such as profile pictures, banners, VTuber/PNGtubers, so long as I am properly credited. You cannot use my work to make a direct profit.

I only take USD, and any conversions will need to be accounted for. Please be aware of any taxes that can occur from currency transitions! This doesn't mean you have to pay extra, just be knowledgeable.

I only accept payment up-front, and I also cannot negotiate on prices. This is my full-time job! :')

Should a client need to cancel after the drawing process has begun, there is no extra free! I will not process refunds past this point, and the current stage of the art will be provided.

Clients will receive a full refund if they cancel the commission BEFORE the drawing stage.

Each commission is entitled to revisions after each work in progress image is provided.

A work in progress image is provided at each step: Sketching, cleaning-up, lining, coloring, shading.

Once a piece is finished, you may ask for small touch-ups. No big revisions will be made after this point.

If you need extra revisions, should a problem arise, we can discuss pricing as details vary with each client's commissioned artwork piece.

If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

Completion of a commission may take 1-2 weeks, or longer for more extensive pieces. Please allow at least 10 business days for the work to be finished, as I will provide work in progress images along the way.

Please provide all character reference sheets clearly! This means no blurry images, and preferably no shading for proper color-picking.

For both the artist and the client, please be transparent. I always appreciate clarity from my clients, and please don't be afraid to ask questions! I want you to be happy with your commission. :D

When ordering a custom, included any and all references you would like to be used as inspiration. Please be careful where you source your inspiration from, as well! Don't steal art, kids.

Nautrally, designs may vary a bit through artists. Please allow a bit of wiggle room, as all artists vary in skill.
